In the digital era,digital competence is increasingly becoming an"enabler"for teachers to effectively harness their professional skills.Faced with challenges such as insufficient digital educational resources,lack of educational skills,and absence of educational assessment,higher vocational colleges must break through the development bottleneck of teachers'digital capa-bilities and enhance the professional abilities of the teaching staff.The key lies in strengthening the awareness,ability,and responsibility of higher vocational teachers to use digital technology to optimize,innovate,and transform educational and teaching activities.Based on the"Teacher Dig-ital Literacy"educational industry standards issued by the Ministry of Education,and combining current domestic related academic research,this paper proposes pathways to enhance the digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges,including constructing a comprehensive digital training system,promoting the development and construction of digital teaching resources,creating opportunities for digital learning,encouraging digital collaboration and innovative practices,and establishing evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
