It is the goal of higher vocational education in the new era to train high quality technical and technical talents with"combining German and technical skills with knowledge and practice".With the improvement of social attention to mental health,the cultivation of students'mental health quality in higher vocational colleges has become an important issue in the field of education.The purpose of this study is to explore a practical and effective mode of improving voca-tional students'mental health literacy through practical activities,emphasizing the combination of practice and experience,so as to promote the comprehensive development of students'self-cogni-tion,emotional management ability and social adaptability.Using case analysis and empirical in-vestigation,the research results provide a new perspective and method for mental health literacy education in higher vocational colleges.
