College students'mental health education and crisis intervention has become an impor-tant part of education management in colleges and universities,and it is a key,difficult and pain-ful issue that affects the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and the growth and success of college students.This paper deeply analyzes the dilemma and status quo faced by the current counsellors in the psychological crisis intervention,and targeted at improving the psycho-logical crisis intervention mechanism,enhance the basic ability of counsellors,strengthen the training of counsellors in psychological crisis intervention,enhance the influence of the home-school-social linkage,and strengthen the experience of the total summing up and reflection and other five aspects of the specific measures proposed in order to provide a reference for the counsel-lors of higher vocational colleges and universities to intervene in the psychological crisis events.In order to provide reference for the psychological crisis intervention work of counsellors in higher vo-cational colleges.
