With the deepening of the thought of lifelong education,the integration of teacher edu-cation has become a developing trend in the field of education.In recent years,China's early childhood education has made great progress,but there are still some problems in teacher educa-tion.The integrated model of teacher pre-service and post-service education is not only the appeal of The Times for the professional development of teachers,but also an inevitable trend in the background of teacher education reform.This paper probes into the connotation of the integra-tion of pre-service and post-service education for preschool teachers,and on the basis of summa-rizing the existing problems,puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to better carry out this work.
