In practice,there are challenges to integrating civic and political elements into profes-sional programes.These include insufficient teacher capacity in civic and political education,inad-equate student attention to the subject,and structural problems within the education system.Addi-tionally,the evaluation mechanism has failed to adapt to these challenges.The implementation of'breakthrough'relies on innovating the education mode,renewing teaching content,changing teachers'roles,and reforming the evaluation system.The construction of a high-quality curriculum ideology should shift from the need to'break'to the inevitability of'establishing'.The integration of vocational technology and curriculum ideology should open up resource elements and synergize pro-fessional curriculum and ideological education with the goal of serving future employment and social needs.
