摘要
文章聚焦突破城市社区自治面临的行政化、原子化和边缘化三重障碍.数字技术具有高效性、交互性和迭代性的特点,有助于突破城市社区自治的三重障碍.数字技术可以有效减轻社区居委会的行政负担,推动行政简化,释放居委会的自治活力;数字交互可以增加居民之间的互动,改变"陌生人"社区的人际状态,缓解社区原子化困境,推动社区居民参与社区共同体的形成;数字迭代不断优化社区自治的功能和更新升级,促进社区自治的持续健康发展,缓解社区自治边缘化困境.
Abstract
The article focuses on the ways to break through the triple dilemma of administration,atomization and marginalization faced by urban community autonomy.Digital technology is efficient,interactive and iterative,which helps to break through the triple dilemma of urban community autonomy.Digital technology alleviates the ad-ministrative burden of the neighborhood committee,promotes administrative simplification,and releases the autono-my vitality of the neighborhood committee.Digital interaction increases the interaction among residents,changes the interpersonal status of"stranger"communities,alleviates the dilemma of community atomization,and promotes community residents'participation and the formation of sense of community.Digital iteration constantly optimizes the functions and updates of community autonomy,promotes the sustainable and healthy development of community autonomy,and alleviates the marginalization dilemma of community autonomy.
