Analysis of the invasion risk for Lolium multiflorum Lam. Based on niche model
The invasion of the alien invasive plant Lolium multiflorum Lam.has caused severe damage to agricultural production in regions such as Shaanxi,Henan,Jiangsu and Sichuan provinces in China. In order to construct an early warning of the invasion risk of Lolium multiflorum Lam.,PCA-ENV and MaxEnt models were used to analyze the niche shift and invasion stage of Lolium multiflorum Lam.after invasion in China. The results showed that Lolium multiflorum Lam.underwent a significant niche shift after the invasion in China.Compared with its native population, the invasive population of Lolium multiflorum Lam.in China showed a wider niche width and a significant expansion of the adapted climatic zones.Under current climatic conditions, the majority of areas in southern China belong to the stable invasion zone, whereas the colonization zone and adaptation zone are existed in northern and western China. The results of this study indicate that Lolium multi florum Lam.has a high invasive potential in most areas of east-central China, and its strong ecological niche evolution capabilities are critical factors contributing to its widespread invasion in China. The results of this study provide an important research basis for undertaking prevention, control and management measures against Lolium multiflorum Lam..
