Analysis and Calculation of Resettlement Population for Construction of Water Resources and Hydropower Projects
The resettlement population for construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects can be divided into two groups: production resettlement population and emigration resettlement population. These two groups are different in attributes and concepts. This paper explores the relationships between the two groups and proposes a general calculation method to avoid double counting.
