基于改进移动回归滤波的储能实时平抑功率波动

为提高储能系统平抑风功率波动的经济性,提出了一种基于改进移动回归滤波的电池集成储能双层控制策略.上层控制中,基于改进的移动回归滤波风功率平滑策略,引入权重机制来减小控制过程中的相位滞后,并推导出基于加权回归的风功率平滑模型,使并网功率与风功率相位接近,以减少储能额定功率需求和运行负担,通过移动数据窗实现实时控制;下层控制中,将电池储能系统划分为充放电特性不同的两部分独立跟踪功率,以减小频繁充放电对电池寿命的影响,并根据荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)反馈信号判断其是否达到充/放电限值,而后切换 2 组储能充放电模式转换,并构建基于雨流计数法的寿命评估模型评估电池储能实际运行寿命.通过实际风电池数据对所提策略的进行验证,结果表明:所提方法可有效减少并网功率相位滞后,降低电池储能系统额定功率需求和运行负担,相较单电池储能控制,电池寿命提升了数倍.
Energy Storage Smoothing Power Fluctuations in Real Time Based on Improved Moving Regression Filter
To improve the economy of energy storage in mitigating wind power fluctuations,a two-layer control strategy based on improved moving regression filter is presented in this paper.In the upper layer control,the wind power smoothing strategy based on improved moving regression filtering is proposed,the weight mechanism is introduced to reduce the phase lag in the control process,and the wind power smoothing model based on weighted regression is derived,so that the phase of the grid-connected power is close to that of the wind power,the rated power demand and the operation burden of the energy storage system are reduced,and the wind power fluctuations are mitigated in real time through moving data window.In the lower layer control,the battery energy storage is divided into two parts with different charging and discharging characteristics to track power instructions independently,so as to reduce the influence of frequent charging/discharging on the battery life,and judge whether the state of charge(SOC)feedback signal reaches the charging/discharging limit,and then switch the charging and discharging mode conversion of two groups of energy storage.And the life evaluation model based on rain flow counting method is constructed to evaluate the actual operating life of battery energy storage.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through actual wind battery data.The cases show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the phase lag of grid-connected power,reduce the rated power demand and operating burden of the battery energy storage system,so as to increase the battery life several times compared with the single battery energy storage.
