A Friendliness Evaluation Method for the Source-Network-Load-Storage Integration Project under the Background of New Power System
With the development of the dual carbon goal and new power systems, the integrated source-network-load-storage project has gradually become a new business form that cannot be ignored within the power grid. But the disorderly access of these projects will exert negative impacts on the power grid. This article selects indicators from four dimensions of interaction mode, system access, internal configuration, and planning progress, and constructs a set of evaluation methods for the friendliness of source-network-load-storage projects to the power grid through Analytic Hierarchy Process, entropy weight method, and TOPSIS method. This method is used to sort out and rank the source-network-load-storage projects proposed for construction approval in a province-level power grid. The results are consistent with the optimization results of the source-network-load-storage projects proposed for approval in the province, verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the method. The method represents an important exploration in the construction process of the new power system
