Research on Disturbance Factors of Transformer Oil by the Submersible Internal Inspection Robot
This paper presents a study on the disturbance of insulation oil inside transformers during the internal inspection operation of submersible robots. The process of gas bubbles in the oil caused by screw propellers and jet propellers is examined, and the classic cavitation theory in water is extended to the oil.Experiments are conducted on the gas production conditions of the thruster in the oil,and the gas composition is further studied. It has been demonstrated through experiments that the volume fraction of dissolved gases in the oil changes under the influence of robot operations, and that the mass fraction of micro water in the oil has a significant impact on cavitation.
