摘要

为使分布式光伏接入下配电网的输出电压稳定且不出现越限行为,对分布式光伏接入下配电网输出电压振荡抑制方法进行研究.构建分布式光伏接入下配电网运行模型,采用基于无功/有功协调控制的电压振荡抑制方法,经逆变器无功功率补偿方案,实现光伏接入节点的无功补偿,保证配电网输出电压稳定;如果逆变器无功功率为最大值时的输出电压仍出现振荡模式,则采用基于灰狼寻优算法的有功功率控制方法,获取可以保证输出电压振荡幅度最小的有功功率削减值,均衡光伏发电功率,抑制分布式光伏接入下配电网输出电压的振荡.经实验测试表明:该方法抑制下配电网输出电压稳定,不存在异常振荡模式.

Abstract

In order to control the output voltage of distribution network under distributed photovoltaic access to be stable and not to exceed the limit,this paper studies the suppression method of output voltage oscillation under distributed photovoltaic access.The operation model of the distribution network under distributed photovoltaic access is constructed,and the voltage oscillation suppression method based on reactive/active power coordination control is adopted.Through the reactive power compensation scheme of the inverter,the reactive power compensation of the photovoltaic access node is realized to ensure the stability of the output voltage of the distribution network.If the output voltage still oscillates when the reactive power of the inverter is the maximum,the active power control method based on the gray wolf optimization algorithm is adopted,Obtain the active power reduction value that can ensure the minimum amplitude of output voltage oscillation,balance the photovoltaic power generation power,and suppress the output voltage oscillation of the distribution network under distributed photovoltaic access.The test shows that the output voltage of the distribution network is stable and there is no abnormal oscillation mode under the suppression of this method.
