摘要
针对在输变电工程环境监管的新形势下,以往的水土保持监测技术存在效率低、误差大等缺点,该文研究了一种输变电工程水土保持在线监测技术,通过数据的无线传输和软、硬件设备的协调配合,实现了土壤侵蚀模量、气象等数据的在线实时获取,以及监测数据的集中分析处理,并成功应用于±800 kV特高压输电工程.应用结果表明,该技术的数据采集传输迅速、监测精度高、数据处理分析功能简明实用,可以实现输变电工程环境数据实时监测管理,对输变电工程建设具有一定指导意义.
Abstract
Under the new situation of environmental supervision for power transmission and transformation projects,the previous soil and water conservation monitoring systems have shortcomings such as low efficiency and large errors,which cannot adapt to the requirements of the new situation,thus an urgent need for upgrading.This article presents a water and soil conservation online monitoring system for power transmission and transformation projects in response to new requirements.Through wireless data transmission and the coordination of software and hardware systems,online real-time acquisition of soil erosion modulus,meteorological data,etc.and centralized data analysis and processing are achieved and then successfully applied in±800 kV UHV transmission projects.The application results show that the technology developed in this paper is rapid in data collection and transmission,has high monitoring accuracy and concise and practical data processing and analysis functions.It can realize real-time monitoring and management of the environmental data in power transmission and transformation projects,and therefore has a certain guiding significance.
