Optimized Oscillation Suppression of the AC/DC Power System Based on Sensitivity of Power Angle Trajectory
The steady-state power of the high voltage direct current(HVDC)line affects the power angle stability of the AC/HVDC power system. To suppress the angular oscillation among synchronous generators, based on the trajectory sensitivity(TS)of the power angle,an optimization method for the power of HVDC before fault is proposed.Firstly, the analytical expression of the TS for the AC/HVDC power system is derived.Secondly, the relationship between the power angle and the steady-state power of HVDC is decided by introducing intermediate variables. In addition, the sensitivities of the power flow solutions to the steady-state power of HVDC are derived and the initial value of the TS is found.Furthermore, based on the equations of network constraints, the imbalance matrix is derived with the variables of HVDC.Finally, aiming to minimize the power angle difference, the optimization model of the steady-state power of HVDC is proposed and solved by the interior point method. The results verify the suppression efficiency of the optimization.
