摘要

随着新能源大比例接入新型电力系统中,区域电网的频率稳定性问题凸显.为了研究风电在区域电网中对新能源系统稳定运行能力的影响,针对电压源型风电占比对区域电网频率调整的影响开展研究.对风电频率需求相应特性和电压源型风电机组控制进行分析,提出了在电压源型风电机组不同占比结构下的区域电网新能源场站容量分配评估方法.在Matlab/Simulink中对不同电压源型风电占比下的电网频率响应特性进行验证.结果表明,随着在混合风电场内配置一定比例的电压源型风电机组,可以有效地改善区域电网的频率稳定性.

Abstract

With increasingly high proportion of renewable energy into the grid,the issue of frequency stability in regional power grids has become prominent.In order to study the impact of wind power on the stable operation of new energy systems in regional power grids,this paper focuses on the impact of voltage source type wind power proportion on the frequency adjustment of regional power grids.In this paper,firstly,the corresponding characteristics of wind power frequency demand and the control of voltage source type wind turbines are analyzed.Secondly,a method for evaluating the capacity allocation of regional power grid new energy stations under different proportion structures of voltage source type wind turbines is proposed.Finally,in Matlab/Simulink,the frequency response characteristics of the power grid are simulated under different voltage source type wind power proportion.The results show that configuring a certain proportion of voltage source type wind turbines in hybrid wind farms can effectively improve the frequency stability of the regional power grid.
