基于模糊二阶滤波的风电场混合储能双级能量管控策略

为了提高风电场储能系统运行的安全性和经济性,提出一种基于模糊二阶滤波的混合储能系统(hybrid energy storage system,HESS)双级能量管控策略.采用集合经验模态分解(ensemble empirical mode decomposition,EEMD)将风电功率分解为各阶模态分量,并依托于并网标准重构并网功率和HESS功率.理论分析了传统一阶高通滤波能量管理策略存在的使超级电容功率中混叠直流分量、无法有效管控其能量状态的问题,推导出基于双参数二阶滤波的能量管理模型,实现超级电容能量状态的自适应管控,通过优化滤波器参数,在一定程度可减小HESS的容量配置需求.设计了基于模糊规则的蓄电池功率修正策略,可实现蓄电池不同的容量配比和能量状态初值全工况能量管控,实现HESS的安全经济运行.在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了某 50 MW风电场模型对所提策略进行了验证.算例结果表明,所提策略能够控制混合储能系统运行于良好的状态,且在不同容量配比和能量初值工况下具有较好的适用性.
Two-Stage Energy Management Strategy of Wind Farm Hybrid Energy Storage Based on Fuzzy Second-Order Filter
To improve safety and economy of wind farm energy storage system,a hybrid energy storage system(HESS)two-layer energy management strategy based on fuzzy second-order filter is proposed in this paper.First,wind power is decomposed into modes by Ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD),and grid-connected power and HESS power are reconstructed based on grid-connected standards.Second,the traditional first-order high-pass filter energy management strategy is analyzed,with which the aliasing DC component in the supercapacitor power is unable to effectively control its energy state,and an energy management model based on the two-parameter second-order filter is derived to realize the adaptive control of the supercapacitor energy state,and the HESS capacity configuration requirements can be reduced to a certain extent by optimizing the filter parameters.On this basis,the battery power correction strategy based on fuzzy rules is designed,which can realize the energy control of different capacity ratio and initial energy of the battery in all working conditions,so as to achieve the safe operation of HESS.Finally,a 50 MW wind farm model is built in Matlab/Simulink to verify the proposed strategy.The cases show that the proposed strategy can control the hybrid energy storage system to operate at good state,and has good applicability under different capacity ratio and initial energy value conditions.
