随着电力系统新能源渗透率的不断提高,调峰灵活性资源的紧缺成为促进新能源消纳面临的最大难题之一.该文从市场机制出发,基于陕西省多类型主体灵活性资源和调峰辅助服务市场的现状,设计考虑了多类型主体全面参与的电能量与调峰辅助服务出清模型.通过陕西省的具体算例验证了该模型在深度发掘陕西省电力系统灵活调节能力方面的有效性.
The Joint Peak Regulation-Electricity Clearing Model Considering Multiple Types of Subjects
With the continuous improvement of the penetration rate of renewable energy in the power system,the shortage of peak regulation flexibility resources has become the biggest problem faced in promoting the absorption of renewable energy.Starting from the market mechanism,this paper designs a joint peak regulation-electricity clearing model considering the full participation of multiple types of subjects based on the current situation of the flexibility resources and peak regulation auxiliary service market in Shaanxi Province.Finally the effectiveness of the model in exploring the flexible adjustment ability of the power system in Shaanxi Province is verified through the specific examples of the Province.
