A Study on Key Factors Affecting Bolt Looseness of Aeolian Vibration Dampers under Lateral Vibration Conditions
The aeolian vibration damper sliding caused by looseness of clamp bolts is commonly present in the overhead transmission lines. To study the key factors that affect the looseness of those bolts, the main reasons for bolt looseness are explored.A model of the excitation force of the cable on the damper clamp under lateral vibration conditions is established, and the main parameters that affect bolt looseness are determined based on theoretical analysis and engineering practice. The attenuation values of bolt tightening torque under different combinations of factors and levels are obtained through orthogonal experiments, and range analysis and variance analysis are conducted to clarify their order, significance, and significance level of the influence of each factor on bolt loosening. The experimental analysis results are consistent with the engineering practice, verifying the criticality and rationality of the determined factors, and providing theoretical and technical support for engineering.
