Real-Time Simulation Modeling Method for Electromagnetic Transient in a New-Type Provincial Power Grid
To address the low efficiency of electromagnetic transient simulation of large-scale provincial power grids,a real-time electromagnetic transient simulation modeling method suitable for the provincial power grid is studied.First, the difficulty of electromagnetic transient modeling of a large power grid is analyzed, and a provincial power grid model is established by subsystem modeling and task optimization, and power regulation is carried out within each subsystem to achieve power balance for the first time.Based on the principle of transmission line model, the connection of transmission line interfaces between subsystems is completed. On the basis of the preset balance point, the power flow is adjusted online to make the model run at a reasonable balance point. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,a real-time simulation of a new-type provincial power grid is carried out based on the self-developed universal Real-Time experimental platform(UREP-300).The results show that the proposed method can improve the simulation efficiency, expand the simulation scale of the system, reduce the computational burden of the real-time simulator, and provide a reference for the simulation and modeling of various large-scale systems.
