摘要

在构建电网调度数学模型时,应充分考虑模型的最优解、电网发电成本、可再生能源利用率.提出一种低碳背景下智能电网减排双目标调度规划方法.将最小化机组发电成本、最大化减排收益分别作为节能目标和减排目标,构建电网调度双目标函数;将有功平衡约束、机组出力约束、机组爬坡约束、旋转备用约束和机组启停时间约束作为电网调度的约束条件,建立电网调度模型;采用粒子群优化算法,将火电机组编号和功率视为粒子位置,通过不断更新粒子位置直至适应值达到最大,即为输出模型全局最优解,得到火电机组出力最优调度方案.实验结果表明,在实验周期的各个时段中,所需发电成本始终低于 2 500 元,CO2 排放量始终低于630 kg/h,可再生能源利用率的最高值达到 87.5%.该方法可有效降低发电成本和排污量,提高可再生能源利用率,实现节能减排双重优化.

Abstract

When building the mathematical model of power grid dispatching,we should fully consider the optimal solution of the model,the power generation cost of the power grid and the utilization rate of renewable energy.Therefore,a dual-objective scheduling planning method for smart grid emission reduction under the low-carbon background is proposed in this paper.Minimization of generating unit cost and maximization of emission reduction benefits are taken as the energy saving and emission reduction goals respectively,and the dual objective function of power grid dispatching is constructed.The active power balance constraint,unit output constraint,unit climbing constraint,rotating reserve constraint and unit start-up and shutdown time constraint are taken as the constraint conditions of power grid dispatching,and the power grid dispatching model is established.Furthermore,the number and power of the thermal power unit are regarded as particle positions by the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the global optimal solution of the model is output by updating the particle positions until the adaptive value reaches the maximum value,and the optimal output scheduling scheme of the thermal power unit is obtained.The experimental results show that:in the whole experimental cycle,after the application of this method,in each period,the required power generation cost is always less than 2500 Yuan,the CO2 emission is always less than 630 kg/h,and the maximum value of renewable energy utilization can reach 87.5%,indicating that this method effectively reduces the power generation cost and emissions,improves the renewable energy utilization,and realizes the dual optimization of energy conservation and emission reduction.
