A Study on the Fast Assessment of the Resilience of Elastic Distribution Systems with an Analytical Method
Utilizing an analytical method, this paper delves into the indices and assessment methodologies for resilience in elastic distribution systems.Beginning with an examination of the distribution network topology, the paper introduces a system function curve and a cell model to reduce the complexity of the network. The paper identifies three key indices:the expected duration of power outages during extreme disasters for each cell, the anticipated repair time following such disasters and the expected loss of load of the system to gauge the system's response.Furthermore, the paper delineates the probability of cell responses at various stages of an extreme disaster using energy supply paths, deriving an analytical expression for an assessment index suitable for computational analysis. The paper conducts tests based on the IEEE 13 and IEEE 123 node examples and,in conjunction with the assessment results, proposes corresponding measures to enhance the resilience of distribution networks. The examples demonstrate that the proposed analytical method can rapidly assess the recovery power of distribution networks and has strong applicability.
