摘要

推动微网等新形态电网的建设发展,是构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统、实现双碳目标的重要支撑.该文提出了一种考虑储能灵活性裕度的微网日前智能优化运行方法,以实现对新能源微网经济运行与平抑源荷随机功率波动能力的兼顾.首先,总结了微网中可再生电源、可控电源、储能、柔性负荷等设备的成本模型,并根据储能系统运行特性对现有电力系统灵活性指标进行拓展,提出了考虑充放电功率裕度和荷电状态裕度的储能灵活性裕度指标;然后,以微网日运行成本最低和储能灵活性裕度指标最高为目标,建立了考虑储能灵活性裕度的微网日前多目标优化运行模型;最后,结合混沌理论对非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)进行了改进,并对上述多目标优化问题进行了求解.算例结果表明,所提方法在保障经济运行的同时可有效提高储能的灵活性裕度,降低日内运行时微网与上层电网的联络线功率波动.

Abstract

Promoting the construction and development of new forms of power grids such as microgrids is an important support for building a new type of power system dominated by new energy and achieving the dual carbon goal.This article proposes an intelligent day-ahead optimization operation method for microgrids that considers the flexibility margin of energy storage,so as to achieve both economic operation of new energy microgrids and the ability to smooth the random power fluctuations of sources and loads.First,the cost models of renewable power sources,controllable power sources,energy storage,flexible loads,and other equipment in the microgrid are summarized.The existing flexibility index of the power system is extended according to the operation characteristics of the energy storage system,and an energy storage flexibility margin index considering charging and discharging power margin and state of charge margin is proposed.Second,aiming at minimizing the daily operating cost of microgrids and maximizing the energy storage flexibility margin,a multi-objective day-ahead optimization operation model for microgrids is established,considering energy storage flexibility margin.Finally,the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)is improved based on chaos theory,and the multi-objective optimization problem is solved.The example results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the flexibility margin of energy storage while ensuring economic operation,and reduce the power fluctuation of the interconnection line between the microgrid and the upper power grid during the intro-day operation.
