实验室对《水质钙和镁的测定原子吸收分光光度法》(GB 11905-1989)开展方法验证,通过标准曲线、最低检出浓度、精密度、准确度和加标回收率五个方面进行了详细阐述.结果表明,测定结果中各项特性指标均符合标准要求,实验室已具备使用原子吸收分光光度计检测水中钙和镁项目的能力.
Verification of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry for the Determination of Calcium and Magnesium in Water
The laboratory carried out verification of the method for Water quality-Determination of calcium and magnesium-Atomic absorption spectrophotometric method(GB 11905-1989).The five aspects of standard curve,minimum detected concentration,precision,accuracy and recovery rate were described in detail.The results show that all the characteristic indexes in the measurement results meet the standard requirements,and the laboratory has the ability to detect calcium and magnesium in water by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
