摘要

通过自养护剂混凝土和洒水养护混凝土的研究,比较两种养护28 d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗冻性能、抗渗性能检测结果,同时对两种养护成本做比较,通过现场模拟试验和数据分析,两种养护28 d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗冻性能、抗渗性能检测结果都能满足设计要求,自养护剂混凝土的成本比洒水养护混凝土低2元/m3,研究表明,在水利工程中,自养护剂可以作为水养护的一种可行且经济的替代品.

Abstract

Comparison was made between the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,frost resistance,and impermeability of self curing agent concrete and sprinkler cured concrete after 28 days of curing.Meanwhile,the curing costs of the two types of concrete were compared.The results of on-site simulation experiments and data analysis show that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,frost resistance,and impermeability of the two types of concrete after 28 days of curing can meet the design requirements,and the cost of self curing agent concrete is 2 yuan/m3 lower than that of watering curing concrete.The results indicate that self care agents can be a feasible and economical alternative to water maintenance in water conservancy project.
