摘要
结合高平市防洪工程存在的问题,对丹河的各级支流提出了具体的防洪规划方案.通过防洪工程与非工程措施相结合,逐步构建安全可靠的城市综合防洪体系,使高平市整体能够防御20～50年一遇洪水.
Abstract
Combined with the problems of the flood control project in Gaoping City,specific flood control planning schemes were proposed for the tributaries of the Danhe River at all levels.By combining engineering measures and non-engineering measures,a safe and reliable urban comprehensive flood control system will be gradually constructed,enabling Gaoping City as a whole to defend against floods that occur every 20-50 years.
