浅谈引黄灌区农业水价综合改革

摘要
以山西省尊村引黄灌区为例,通过对灌区农业水价改革项目实施、经验做法和主要成效三个方面进行分析.扎实推进了灌区农业水价综合改革,逐步建立农田水利良性运行机制,进而促进农业节水、减轻农民负担、保证灌溉工程良性运行.
Abstract
Taking Zuncun Yellow River Irrigation Area in Shanxi Province as an example,the implementation,experience and main results of the agricultural water price reform project in the irrigation area were analyzed.The comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in irrigation area has been promoted,and the benign operation mechanism of farmland water conservancy has been gradually established,so as to promote agricultural water saving,reduce the burden of farmers and ensure the benign operation of irrigation projects.
