摘要

吕梁市位于山西省中部西侧,境内有北川河、东川河等河流.自90年代以来,项目区河道经历多轮治理,现状堤防以土质边坡为主、植被杂乱.为秉承人与自然和谐共生和绿水青山就是金山银山的生态文明建设理念,吕梁市规划城区段河道治理,使其满足城市防洪和生态文明景观需求,改善整体人居环境水平,将其打造成贯穿全市的景观长廊.通过对河底高程、水面线、步道壅水、现状堤顶高程复核计算,对步道工程和进出通道进行横纵断面设计,进行结构复核计算;对壅水闸坝形式进行比选分析,进行稳定计算,最终确定吕梁市城市亲水生态与步道工程设计方案.该方案可为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract

Lvliang City is located on the west side of the central part of Shanxi Province,with rivers such as Beichuan River and Dongchuan River within its territory.Since the 1990s,the river in the project area has undergone multiple rounds of governance,with the current embankment mainly consisting of soil slopes and disordered vegetation.In order to uphold the ecological civilization construction concept such as harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable asset,Lvliang City plans to regulate the urban river section to meet the needs of urban flood control and ecological civilization landscape,improve the overall living environment level,and create a landscape corridor that runs through the city.The elevation of the river bottom,water surface profile,backwater on the footpath,and the elevation of the current embankment top were rechecked and calculated.The transverse and longitudinal sections of the footpath project and access roads were designed,and structural review calculations were conducted.The forms of the backwater gate and dam were compared and analyzed,and the stability calculations were conducted.The urban hydrophilic ecology and footpath project design scheme of Lvliang City was ultimately obtained,which can provide reference for similar projects.
