上友水文站来水来沙年际变化大,年内分配不均,主要集中在汛期,特点是暴涨暴落、历时短、含沙量大.洪水主要来源于降水,以暴雨洪水为主,水沙峰基本对应.确定洪水瞬时流量大于460 m3/s时为超标洪水,当出现超标洪水流量时,可根据水位和流量变化采用电波流速仪、漂浮物浮标、比降面积等方法进行测流,通过不同测验方法的选择和选用准确测验出超标洪水的流量和瞬时洪量,为防汛抗洪提供准确数据支撑.
Discussion on the Design of Overstandard Flood Measurement Method at Shangyou Hydrological Station
The annual variation of incoming water and sediment at Shangyou Hydrological Station is significant,with uneven distribution within the year,mainly concentrated in the flood season.The characteristics are sudden rise and fall,short duration,and high sediment content.The flood mainly comes from precipitation,mainly rainstorm flood,and the water and sediment peaks are basically corresponding.When the instantaneous flow rate of a flood exceeds 460 m3/s,it is considered an excessive flood.When an excessive flood flow rate occurs,flow measurement could be carried out using methods such as electric wave flow meter,float method,and slope-area method based on changes in water level and flow rate.Choosing a suitable testing method helps to accurately measure the flow and instantaneous flood volume of overstandard floods,providing accurate data support for flood prevention and control.
