摘要

长距离供水工程管线施工,往往因地形、施工条件的限制而选择顶管施工,穿越铁路、公路、市内重要建筑物等采用直顶PCCP管道较多.结合山西省辛安泉供水改扩建工程某施工标318m长度的直顶PCCP管的施工案例,从前期准备、顶力计算、施工过程控制等各方面进行分析研究,为长距离直顶PCCP管施工技术在水利工程中的应用提供了参考.

Abstract

Due to the limitations of terrain and construction conditions,long-distance water supply engineering pipelines often choose pipe-jacking construction.Jacking Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes(JPCCP)are more commonly used when crossing railways,highways,and important buildings in the city.Taking the construction of a 318m-long JPCCP in a construction section of the Xin'anquan Water Supply Reconstruction and Expansion Project in Shanxi Province as an example,analysis and research have been conducted from various aspects such as preliminary preparation,jacking force calculation,and construction process control.This case could provide a reference for the application of long-distance JPCCP construction technology in hydraulic engineering.
