Seepage Analysis of Earth-Rock Dam Reinforcement Based on Finite Element Method
The seepage calculation analysis of the dam body is one of the main criteria for judging the rationality of the reinforcement design of earth-rock dams.Taking the Houshan Reservoir Project as an example,the two-dimensional seepage finite element method was used for seepage calculation and analysis.The position of the seepage line and seepage discharge before and after the dam reinforcement were compared and analyzed.The reinforcement measures for the dam were elaborated.The calculation results show that after the reinforcement of the reservoir,the exit gradient is significantly dropped,and the elevation of the exit point is significantly reduced,meeting relevant requirements.The design of hazard removal and reinforcement is reasonable,demonstrating the safety and reliability of the project.The research can provide reference for similar projects.
