At present,in the construction of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects,due to the long construction period,most of the project locations are relatively remote.In order to save costs and facilitate their own use,construction units will consider building their own mixing systems on the project site.Ensuring the quality of concrete mixing involves quality management of raw materials and intermediate products.Taking a certain tunnel project as an example,by extending the on-site management of raw materials and intermediate products,mixing station management,test management,and other aspects,the common problems and management points were summarized,which can provide reference for similar projects.
