城镇污水处理厂出水水质提升技术研究

随着国民经济的持续快速发展,国家越来越注重加快建设优化生态环境体系,国务院专项计划、生态环境部总体规划陆续出台有关各类水污染防控与水污染治理专项整治及水生态环境保护的规划实施方案,要求进一步使全国生态环境质量达到优化改善,生态系统逐渐实现良性循环.目前,我国城市污水处理厂执行的排放标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002),多数排放标准为一级标准的A标准、B标准,为改善水生态环境、实现污水再生利用,将尾水水质进行提升势在必行.通过对污水处理厂尾水水质提升常用技术进行分析,为尾水水质提标提供可参考的方案.
Research on the Technology of Improving the Effluent Quality of Urban Sewage Treatment Plants
With the sustained and rapid development of China's national economy,the country is paying more and more attention to accelerating the construction and optimization of the ecological environment system.The State Council's special plan and the overall plan of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment have successively issued plans and implementation plans for various types of water pollution prevention and control,water pollution governance special rectification,and water ecological environment protection,requiring further optimization and improvement of the national ecological environment quality,and the gradual realization of a virtuous cycle of the ecological system.At present,the discharge standards implemented by urban sewage treatment plants in China are the national standard"Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"(GB18918-2002),with most of the discharge standards being Grade 1,Class A and Class B standards.In order to improve the water ecological environment and achieve sewage recycling,it is imperative to improve the quality of tail water.By analyzing the commonly used techniques for improving the quality of wastewater from sewage treatment plants,a reference plan is provided for improving the quality of tail water.
