水质监测用标准物质期间核查方法与实践

摘要
标准物质期间核查在水质监测质量控制工作中发挥着重要作用.开展期间核查工作,可确保标准物质始终处于可控状态,实现量值的可靠传递.结合水质监测实际工作,讨论了标准物质期间核查方法,详细介绍了En值评定法和控制图法两种核查结果评定方式,给出了相应的计算公式、适用条件以及评定标准.以批号为202199的水质pH标准物质为例,经核查,结果表明202199 pH标准物质量值稳定,核查结论为合格.可为水质监测用标准物质期间核查工作提供参考.
Abstract
The period verification of reference materials plays a vital role in the quality control of water monitoring.Carrying out the period verification can ensure that the reference materials are controlled and reliable.Combined with practical work of water monitoring,the methods and result evaluations of the inspection including En check and control chart during the period of reference materials were discussed.In addition,the calculation formula,application conditions and the evaluation standard were introduced.The batch number 202199 pH reference material was taken as example.After check,the results show that the value of 202199 pH reference material was stable.The period verification result was qualified.This study could provide reference for the period verification of water quality reference materials.
