"Big-Linkage+Micro-Renewal":Dashilan Sample of Block Governance Community
Block governance community is a diverse and collaborative life organism based on geographical boundaries,interest inte-gration,emotional connection and cultural orientation,which is a prominent advantage of social governance in the new era.On a basis of the concept orientation of block governance community,this paper shows the embedded governance mode of"big-linkage +micro-re-newal"in Beijing Dashilan block in the dimensions of subject participation,organizational construction,cultural innovation and public service.And it also analyzes its operating mechanism and governance effectiveness.There are a variety of problems existing in the process of governance;the lagging of intelligent construction of actors function game,inadequate integration of urban modernization and blocks,and the inadequate coordination between overall block construction and individual needs of residents in governance,so the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects:clarifying"micro-functions",updating"micro-technologies",strengthening"micro-innovation"and integrating"micro-needs".
