Investigation on the Path of Enhancing the Organizational Power of the Party Organizations in Urban Streets——A Case Study of Dongcheng District,Beijing
Streets are the forefront of urban governance and grassroots Party organization construction,and the effectiveness of their Party organization is related to the implementation of the Party's line,principles,and policies,as well as the release of social governance effectiveness.Through in-depth research and questionnaire surveys on five streets in Dongcheng District,Beijing,it was found that in the face of new requirements for the development of the capital in the new era,each street in Dongcheng District has explored experiences in responding to public concerns,strengthening regional coordination,and innovating Party building brands to enhance organizational strength.However,there are also problems affecting organizational power,such as poor self-innovation,lack of ability to serve the mas-ses,and weak team construction.By strengthening the construction of system and mechanism,organization team,social function and po-litical culture,we can further enhance the organizational power of the street Party organization.
