On the Standardization of the Use of Force in Law Enforcement by Public Security Police
With the deepening development of China's reform and opening up,the changes of the current structure lead to contra-dictions of social interests.As front-line law enforcement personnel,public security police officers face an increasingly complex law en-forcement environment with a large number of police services and enormous work pressure.In recent years,there have been violent at-tacks on police in all regions,which has had a very adverse impact on the law enforcement authority and occupational safety of public se-curity police.At present,the relevant laws and regulations on the use of force by public security police are not perfect,and the protection of police from the judicial level is relatively weak,so the law enforcement authority and personal safety of public security police are faced with great threats.To study the issue of the use of force by public security police,we should start from the perspective of law enforcement standardization,face up to the level and characteristics of the use of force by public security police,and analyze the existing problems in the current process of using force by public security police,so as to find corresponding solutions.
