生态治理对陕西经济高质量发展的影响研究

摘要
绿色发展引领的陕西经济高质量发展需要加快生态治理,而生态治理对人口聚集、投资环境的作用会进一步助推经济高质量发展.基于陕西10 个地级市2000-2022 年面板数据,通过熵权Topsis法分别测算出生态治理水平和经济高质量发展水平,运用中介效应模型检验其作用机理,纳入门槛变量进一步观测门槛效应,同时进一步分析区域异质性和生态治理对"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的因果效应.研究表明:生态治理通过人口聚集和投资环境中介路径影响经济高质量发展;生态治理与经济高质量发展之间存在人口聚集水平的单一门槛效应;异质性检验发现陕西三大区域的影响和作用机制存在显著的差异.本研究为加快推进生态治理促进经济高质量发展路径提供了理论支撑和经验证据.
Abstract
The high-quality economic development of Shaanxi's led by green development needs to accelerate ecological govern-ance,and the role of ecological governance in population aggregation and investment environment will further promote high-quality eco-nomic development.Based on panel data from 10 prefecture level cities in Shaanxi from 2000 to 2022,the entropy weight Topsis method was used to calculate the level of ecological governance and the level of high-quality economic development.The mediation effect model was used to test its mechanism,and threshold variables were included to further observe the threshold effect.At the same time,the caus-al effects of regional heterogeneity and ecological governance on innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing were further ana-lyzed.The results show that ecological governance affects high-quality economic development through the mediating pathways of popula-tion aggregation and investment environment;There is a single threshold effect of population aggregation level between ecological govern-ance and high-quality economic development;Heterogeneity testing finds significant differences in the impact and mechanism of action among the three major regions of Shaanxi.This study provides theoretical support and empirical evidence for accelerating the path of eco-logical governance to promote high-quality economic development.
