摘要
大数据技术正推动城市垃圾分类治理向智能化和精细化发展,不断提高分类效率和准确性.现实中大数据在垃圾分类治理中也面临着一系列挑战,其中既包括数据鸿沟、数据垄断和数据壁垒等结构性障碍,又包括了高昂的成本、时效获取难题和数据质量等使用障碍.政府可以通过多元合作、平衡成本收益和风险管理等路径来提升大数据在垃圾分类治理中的效能.
Abstract
The application of big data technology is promoting the management of urban waste classification towards greater intelli-gence and refinement,thereby enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of sorting.However,the utilization of big data in waste classification management encounters several challenges.These include structural impediments like data gaps,monopolies,and barriers,as well as practical hurdles involving high expenses,difficulties in timely data acquisition,and issues related to data quality.To improve the impact of big data on waste classification management,the government can pursue diverse collaborative initiatives,strive for a balance between costs and benefits,and implement effective risk management strategies.
