摘要
基于数字时代治理"第三波浪潮"理论对南平市的数字政府治理实践展开分析能够发现,南平市数字政府治理已取得明显实绩但面临一些问题:服务渠道和服务方式较少;尚未有效满足个性化诉求;某些服务内容、相关信息未能及时更新.数字政府治理平台建设存在问题主要归因于某些地方政府的顶层设计科学性不足;相关人员的理念陈旧;多元参与不足.我国数字政府治理平台建设将进一步优化,实现这一目标的路径主要有优化顶层设计;革新相关人员的理念;强化多元参与.
Abstract
Based on the"hourglass node"theory of governance in the digital era,the analysis of the practice of digital government governance in Nanping City can be found that the digital government governance in Nanping City has achieved obvious achievements but faces some problems:fewer service channels and methods;Personalized demands have not been effectively met;Some service contents and relevant information were not updated in time.The problems in the construction of digital government governance platform are mainly at-tributed to the lack of scientific top-level design in some places;the outdated concept of relevant personnel;and the lack of multiple participation.From the perspective of prospects,we should further optimize the construction of digital government governance platform.The main ways to achieve this goal are:optimizing the top-level design;innovating the concept of relevant personnel,and strengthening multiple participation.
