摘要
习近平文化思想继承和发展了马克思主义文化理论,是新时代党领导文化建设实践经验的理论总结.马克思主义经典作家关于文化建设的重要论述构成习近平文化思想的理论语境;中国共产党人对中华优秀传统文化的传承和发展构成习近平文化思想的历史语境;新时代继续推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明构成习近平文化思想的时代语境.习近平文化思想的鲜明特征主要包括:坚定的人民性、理论的创新性、包容的开放性、鲜明的时代性和高远的战略性.习近平文化思想的实践要求包括:始终坚持党对文化建设的全面领导;始终坚守以人民为中心的价值导向;始终保持敢于亮剑的斗争精神;充分发挥社会主义核心价值观的价值引领作用;不断加强国际传播能力建设.
Abstract
Xi Jinping's cultural ideology inherits and develops Marxist cultural theory,which is a theoretical summary of the practi-cal experience of the Party's leadership in cultural construction in the new era.The important discourse of Marxist classical writers on cultural construction is the theoretical context of Xi Jinping's cultural thought.The inheritance and development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture by the CPC people constitute the historical context of Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts.The new era continues to promote cultural prosperity,build a cultural power,and build a modern civilization of the Chinese nation,forming the context of Xi Jinping's cul-tural ideology.The distinct characteristics of Xi Jinping's cultural ideology mainly include:firm people-oriented,innovative theory,in-clusive openness,distinct contemporaneity,and lofty strategy.The practical requirements of Xi Jinping's cultural ideology include:al-ways adhering to the Party's comprehensive leadership over cultural construction;Always adhere to the people-centered value orienta-tion;Always maintain a fighting spirit of daring to shine the sword;Fully leverage the value leading role of socialist core values;Continu-ously strengthening international communication capacity building.
