摘要

从本体性视角出发,对高校管理育人进行整体性和内部化的审视,对于深化管理育人的理念与实践至关重要.观念、制度与文化,三者相辅相成、相互塑造,共同构建了高校管理育人的内在审视体系.观念层面,应深化对管理育人的认知,把握其精髓与逻辑,领悟其重要意义.制度层面,需加强对管理育人理念的认可,立足制度价值、完善设计、强化执行.文化层面,应营造管理育人的文化氛围,通过文化熏陶实现以文化人、以文育人的目标,从而在高校思想政治工作中塑造对管理文化的深度认同.

Abstract

From the perspective of ontology,it is crucial to deepen the concept and practice of management and education through the integrity and internalization of university management and education.Concept,system and culture,three complement and shape each other,which jointly construct the internal examination system of management education in colleges and universities.At the conceptual level,we should deepen the cognition of management education,grasp its essence and logic,and understand its important significance.At the system level,it is necessary to strengthen the recognition of management education concept,based on the value of the system,im-prove the design,and strengthen the implementation.At the cultural level,we should create a cultural atmosphere of management educa-tion,and achieve the goal of educating people with culture and educating people with literature through cultural edification,so as to shape the deep recognition of management culture in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
