摘要
大学生创业学习是大学生创新创业教育的重要内容,也是高校学生学习的一个重要分支.创业学习角色的建立与否及其发展水平对大学生创业人生目标的确立、创业人格特质的形成和创业行为的选择具有显著影响.创业学习应该从树立大学生创业角色意识,引导大学生进行创业理论与实践学习,培养大学生高度自信的创业型人格素质和健全支持大学生创业的有利环境等途径,有效培育大学生的创业学习角色认同,培养大批高质量创新创业人才.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship learning for college students is an important content of college students'innovation and entrepreneur-ship education,and also an important branch of college students's learning.The establishment of entrepreneurial learning roles and its development level have a significant impact on the establishment of college students'entrepreneurial life goals,the formation of entrepre-neurial personality traits,and the choice of entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial learning should be achieved through establishing awareness of the entrepreneurial role of college students,guiding them to learn entrepreneurial theory and practice,cultivating a highly confident entrepreneurial personality among college students,and establishing a favorable environment to support their entrepreneurship.This can effectively cultivate the entrepreneurial learning identity of college students and cultivate a large number of high-quality innova-tive and entrepreneurial talents.
