摘要
治国安邦,重在基层.在阐述新时代城市基层治理高质量发展的价值意蕴、理论内涵的基础上,对新时代陕西省城市基层党建引领基层治理高质量发展的有效探索与实践经验进行总结提炼具有现实意义.基于党中央、国务院不断给基层放权、赋能、减负的基本原则,陕西省未来城市基层党建引领基层治理高质量发展应当从以下几个方面发力:一是继续深入探索城市基层党建引领基层治理的新机制、新路径、新方法;二是以高质量的社区建设服务品质赋能城市经济社会高质量发展;三是加快城市数字化转型,运用科技支撑为基层治理提质增效.积极探索走出一条具有陕西特色的基层社会治理之路,为中国式现代化建设贡献更多的"陕西智慧".
Abstract
To run a country well,the priority is at the grassroots level.On the basis of explaining the value implication and theoretical connotation of high-quality development of urban grassroots governance in the new era,it is of practical significance to summarize and refine the effective exploration and practical ex-perience of high-quality development of urban grass-roots governance in Shaanxi Province in the new era.Based on the basic principles of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council continuously delegating power,empowering,and reducing burdens to the grassroots,Shaanxi Prov-ince's future urban grassroots Party building should lead the high-quality development of grassroots gov-ernance from the following aspects:Firstly,we will continue to explore new mechanisms,paths,and meth-ods for urban grassroots Party building to lead grassroots governance;Secondly,it is vital to empower the high-quality development of urban economy and society with high-quality community construction serv-ices;The third is to accelerate the digital transformation of cities and use technological support to improve the quality and efficiency of grassroots governance.Actively exploring a road of grass-roots social govern-ance with Shaanxi characteristics is essential,and we'll make great contributions to"Shaanxi wisdom"with the construction of Chinese-style modernization.
