摘要
国家治理现代化离不开基层治理现代化.基层社会治理中党建引领作用如何,事关基层党组织能否充分发挥党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒作用,也事关基层社会能否实现科学有效治理.近年来,我国基层治理仍面临不少难题,一定程度阻碍基层治理效能的发挥.面对治理困境,始终要从具体国情出发,立足党建引领基层社会治理的实际,找准症结,积极探索党建引领基层社会治理的创新路径.
Abstract
The modernization of national governance is inseparable from the modernization of grassroots governance.The leading role of Party building in grassroots social governance is related to whether grassroots Party organizations can fully play the role of the Party as a fighting fortress in grassroots social organizations,and also to whether grassroots society can achieve scientific and effective governance.In recent years,grassroots governance in China still faces many difficulties,seriously hindering the effectiveness of grassroots governance.In the face of governance difficulties,we should always proceed from the specific national conditions,focus on the key difficulties of Party building leading grassroots social governance,and actively explore innovative paths of Party building leading grassroots social governance.
