摘要
传统工业城市要实现工业经济转型升级,需要大力推动数字产业发展,以赋能工业经济.作为广西传统工业基地的柳州,在推动数字经济高质量发展,赋能工业经济创新发展方面,走出了一条符合自身实际的路子.柳州的举措主要是从政府、企业以及多方参与形成有利于数字经济发展平台的"三个维度"加速推动数字产业化、数字化治理和数据价值化,共同促进产业数字化高质量发展,推进数字经济与实体经济的深度融合.这些举措对传统工业城市推动数字经济发展具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy in traditional industrial cities,it is necessary to vigorously promote the development of digital industry to empower industrial economy.As a traditional industrial base in Guangxi,Li-uzhou has taken a path that conforms to its own reality in promoting the high-quality development of the digital economy and enabling the innovative development of the industrial economy.Liuzhou's measures are mainly to accelerate the promotion of digital industrialization,digital governance and data value from the"three dimensions"that are conducive to the development of the digital economy and the par-ticipation of the government,enterprises and multiple Parties.All these measures may jointly promote the high-quality development of industrial digitization,and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,which have certain reference sig-nificance for traditional industrial cities to enhance the development of digital economy.
