面向高质量发展的国际消费中心城市新供给体系建设研究

摘要
新发展格局下建设国际消费中心城市是重要的战略选择,对于增加城市竞争实力、拓展商贸辐射范围、促进经济提质增效,完善城市消费体系、引领全球消费发展等诸多方面都具有重要意义.为了进一步提升城市发展能级,需不断优化供给侧与需求侧管理,使供给与需求实现动态平衡.基于供给及需求视角,分析国际消费中心城市的建设特点,探讨国内外国际消费中心城市建设发展实践经验,可析出面向高质量发展的国际消费中心城市新供给体系建设策略与路径.
Abstract
Under the new development pattern,the construction of international consumption center cities is an important strategic choice,which is of great significance to increasing the competitive strength of the city,expanding the scope of business radiation,promo-ting the quality and efficiency of the economy,improvingthe urban consumption system,and leading the development of global consump-tion.In order to further improve the level of urban development,it is necessary to continuously optimize the supply-side and demand-side management to achieve a dynamic balance between supply and demand.Based on the perspective of supply and demand,this paper analyzes the construction characteristics of international consumption center cities,discusses the practical experience of international con-sumption center city construction at home and abroad,and then puts forward the construction strategy and path of the new supply system of international consumption center cities for high-quality development.
