新时代陕西革命文物保护利用现状与对策研究

摘要
陕西省作为延安精神的起源之处,有众多的革命文物类型和数量,文物的等级也都比较高.文章采用比较分析法和规范分析法,对新时代陕西省的革命文物保护利用现状与成效展开研究,发现目前存在革命文物保护利用的地方性法规体系化不强、革命文物保护利用的管理手段尚存短板和革命文物保护利用的公众参与度低等问题.结合全国各地经验和相关理论研究,提出进一步完善革命文物保护利用的地方性法规建设、优化革命文物保护利用的管理手段、多措并举加强革命文物保护利用的公众参与度等举措,以期完善新时代陕西革命文物保护利用质效.
Abstract
Shaanxi Province,as the origin of the Yan'an spirit,has numerous types and quantities of revolutionary cultural relics,all of whose grade have relatively high levels.The article adopts comparative analysis and normative analysis methods to study the current status and effectiveness of the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics in Shaanxi Province in the new era.It is found that there are currently problems such as weak local regulations for the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics,shortcomings in the management methods for the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics,and low public participation in the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics.Based on the experience and relevant theoretical research from all over the country,this pa-per puts forward measures such as further improving the construction of local regulations for the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics,optimizing the management means for the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics,and taking multiple measures to strengthen the public participation in the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics in Shaanxi in the new era.
