人类命运共同体视域下的总体国家安全观研究

摘要
人类命运共同体理念和总体国家安全观是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容.人类命运共同体理念丰富了总体国家安全观的内涵意蕴,为理解总体国家安全观提供了新的视域和重要指引,明确了践行总体国家安全观的原则遵循和深刻意义.总体国家安全观以构建人类命运共同体为重要指引,是对国家安全发展形势的新特点、新目标、新任务的准确把握,对推动构建平等公正、互利共赢、和平安全的新型国际关系具有重要意义.
Abstract
The concept of a community with a shared future for humanity and the overall concept of national security are both impor-tant contents of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.The concept of a community with a shared future for humankind enriches the connotation and meaning of the overall national security concept,provides a new perspective and impor-tant guidance for understanding the overall national security concept,as well as clarifies the principles and profound significance of practi-cing the overall national security concept.With the building of a community with a shared future for mankind as an important guide,the overall concept of national security is an accurate grasp of the new characteristics,new goals and new tasks of national security develop-ment,which is of great significance to promoting the building of a new type of international relations featuring equality,justice,mutual benefit and win-win results,peace and security.
