Administrative investigations in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases have the characteristics,such as rela-tively low starting standards,obvious obligatory requirements,and the need for close cooperation of citizens.According to this,citizens need to assist in investigating behaviors such as reporting relevant information as required,accepting administrative inspections,and pro-actively reporting when problems are discovered.However,the objective boundary of such assistance should be necessary for the preven-tion and control of infectious diseases,clearly regulated by law,and cannot be exempted from the investigation duties of administrative a-gencies.At the same time,citizens should also enjoy the right to be informed,to be free from illegal violations,to receive compensation and rewards,and to receive assistance in the process of assistance.
