摘要
文化是一个国家的灵魂.作为新时代社会主义文化强国建设的指导思想,习近平文化思想具有鲜明的理论特质,突出表现为战略性、系统性、传承性、创新性、时代性、世界性.具体而言,表现为立足"两个大局",科学谋划文化建设战略部署及规划安排、着眼整体聚合思考,协同推进新时代文化建设相关工作、积极汲取思想精华,开创中华文明保护传承的时代新局面、立足时代发展进步,推动中华优秀传统文化实现现代化转型、承继文化建设经验,开辟马克思主义文化理论中国化时代化新境界、分析国际传播形势,科学推进中华文化国际传播整体工作这六大方面.深刻领会习近平文化思想的六大理论特质,为精准定位文化工作的战略方位,进一步做好新时代文化建设提供理论指导和根本遵循.
Abstract
Culture is the soul of a country.As the guiding ideology of building a strong socialist culture in the new era,Xi Jinping Thought on culture has distinct theoretical characteristics,which are prominently displayed as strategic,systematic,inherited,innova-tive,contemporary and cosmopolitan feature.Specifically,it is based on the"two overall situations",reflecting the strategic deployment and arrangement of cultural construction.The six aspects are as follows:Focusing on the overall in-depth thinking and work together to promote the cultural construction of the new era related job;promoting the transformation of the modernization of the Chinese traditional culture based on the experience of cultural theory;Inheriting the experience of cultural construction;opening up a new realm of Marxist cultural theory sinicization to The Times;analyzing the situation of international communication;scientifically promoting the overall work of international communication of Chinese culture;and all those may deeply help understand the six theoretical characteristics of Xi Jin-ping's Thought on culture,which may provide theoretical guidance and fundamental guidance for accurately positioning the strategic ori-entation of cultural job and further doing a good job in cultural construction in the new era.
